Budzinski Statement on Presidential Inauguration 

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congresswoman Nikki Budzinski (IL-13) released the following statement on the inauguration of President Donald J. Trump. 

“I swore an oath to serve the people of Illinois’ 13th Congressional District, and that commitment will always come first—regardless of who occupies the White House. While Donald Trump may not have been the president I envisioned, my focus remains squarely on delivering results to lower costs and increase economic development for Central and Southern Illinois. Today, I will attend the inauguration and continue working toward a path of bipartisan cooperation that benefits the people of my district.”
