Postal Service Caucus Mission 

The Congressional Postal Service Caucus is a coalition of bipartisan Members of Congress who are committed to improving the United States Postal Service (USPS) and supporting the over 600,000 USPS employees across the country. The Postal Service Caucus was formed in July of 2025 by Reps. Budzinski (D-IL), Bergman (R-MI), Pappas (D-NH), Garbarino (R-NY). 

About the Congressional Postal Service Caucus 

The Postal Service Caucus is dedicated to working across the aisle in Congress to find common sense ways to improve the United States Postal Service and protect USPS employees. This includes; 

  • Working to improve on-time delivery for constituents who rely on USPS every day. 
  • Seeking to advance Congressional oversight of USPS. 
  • Protecting the over 600,000 USPS employees who work tirelessly to ensure our mail is delivered every day. 
  • Preserving and protecting the Universal Service Obligation, which ensures the Postal Service continues to deliver mail for all Americans, regardless of location or zip code.
